“I placed a late order on 18th December due to non-delivery of a similar box from another supplier, my order was to be delivered on 30th December. On Monday 21st December I had a very pleasant conversation with a young lady from your company to ask if my delivery could be made on the 23rd which I was delighted to accept, this has saved my Christmas and, as I also cook for two single elderly pensioners, will also make theirs. Very well done and a Very Happy Christmas and a Joyous New Year to all your staff.”

“Ordered in good time for Christmas but nothing has been delivered, no communication from the business. Understand it's a pandemic but there should have been planning for that after the way the year has panned out. Disappointing, would not give them my custom again.”

“3 out of 4 orders delivered. 4th one seems to have completely disappeared and no idea where it is. Not able to contact anyone to find out what had happened. Very disappointing as ordered first week in December but radio silence from the company means someone has had to go without their Xmas present. Only response you get from the company is an automated reply saying they are busy. Your money is taken from the bank quickly enough but not so quick to help you with queries.”

“The contents of the advent box are undoubtedly good quality and we have enjoyed what we have tried so far; however, it is vastly overpriced compared to to what you would pay individually for the items. I’m all for supporting local/British, but it is not worth £70. I would easily pay £50, and if this was the price I would buy again no problem at all and would rate this 5/5.”
