I sent the ethical box to my son and his wife for Christmas, as I appreciated the story behind each product. They too really appreciated it all!! It's all very good quality and delicious.

Fantastic product the recipient was delighted with it. The only issue I have is that I would have liked it to be delivered Christmas week and not as soon as I ordered it. I did send an email to request this but had no reply. That said I would use Borough Box again.

Ordered as a Christmas present and the recipients were delighted with the very generous contents of the box. We were kept updated by BoroughBox about delivery and that took quite a bit of worry away, especially as hampers ordered at the same time from different suppliers have yet to arrive with their recipient. I shall definitely place further orders now that I'm sure they are a reliable source. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service. The company contacted me by e mail to say that the order would be late and gave an estimated delivery date. They gave the option to cancel. New delivery date was acceptable. The order arrived on that date. Would use again.

I've tried contacting the company but no success and have yet to get the present I ordered the beginning of December to be delivered in Launceston Cornwall, and it's now Xmas Eve , my friends will not be getting there chocolates, and I havent had any reason when or why they havent been delivered or any explanation or offer of a refund . Very disappointed.

The irony of sending a review email when I’ve not received my order is the only positive to this. Ordered on the 7th December, I had a dispatch notification on 14th but the tracking with Yodel says they are still waiting to receive from yourselves. The fact you closed your phone lines shows you’ve not dealt with this well, you should’ve halted orders and sorted the backlog.

You need to open your lines of communication!....very poor customer service.Sending out an automatic response email isn't as you claim 'always here to help'.Over 3 weeks for delivery and because I heard nothing until Christmas Eve I had to go and buy extra presents in case yours didn't get here.....as yet 10.20 am it still hasn't.

I bought a craft beer and snack advent calendar for my husband and he has loved it. He has really enjoyed the selection of beers and snacks. It was delivered just before December and there was a clear message explaining how the advent calendar would be delivered. It was packaged well. I was so pleased with his response that I ordered a wine and cheese hamper for my brother for Christmas.

Totally disappointed! Have been chasing for delivery date but got no answer in any way. Left message by phone - no one called back. Sent them several emails - no reply. I placed order on 7th Dec for Christmas present for my sister-in-law. Still have no information by the 19th regarding the delivery date so I advised them to cancel the order. I got text from the courier company on 24th Dec advising delivery would be due that day despite I have cancelled the order. No customer service at all. Not impressed!

Great product!! Bought for my son and he loved it. Real premium products he loved. He's kept the packaging of the items to order throughout 2021. Good timelry delivery. All in all I would highly recommend.

Ordered a Christmas gift on 7th December and it hasn't been received. Yodel hasn't updated its status since 11th December so no clue as to where the order currently is. There was no suggestion when I placed the order that it would not arrive in time for Christmas.

This was a Christmas Present for my brother and his wife so I didn't see how it looked. They did however tell me that it was wonderful and couldn't wait For Christmas Day to enjoy. They are big buffs of port and cheese so I am certain that they will enjoy.

I have placed an order 3 weeks ago and still I did not receive my parcel. I tried to contact them via email and phone to rearrange my order, but no one has ever answered. I understand it is Christmas time, and this year this is happening in a very special circumstances. But I have ordered my product long before Christmas. Also I would have accepted the delay if anyone from the team let me know when approximately I would expect the parcel to be delivered. If you choose BoroughBox you might experience absence of customer service.
