“Ordered and paid for two products received only 1 with no explaination of why and when the other product would be delivered.... Very poor business ethics.... Will never recommend Food Service Direct to anyone. I am currently in the process of contacting the better business bureau.”

“When they sent email saying they shipped out 6 gal of ice cream on Fri. I was very concerned. It meant dry ice or not it was going to sit in a truck or warehouse over weekend. I doubt dry ice lasts more than 2-3 days at most. After sitting all weekend it would be another 3 days before receiving it. Sure nuf it was liquid when it arrived. We put it in freezer for 24 hr before using it. It was good ice cream but full of little pieces of ice like chunks that plugged straw (milkshake). I would never order again due that reason.”
