“Always a pleasure to order from them. Orders are promptly filled and sent out. If the item is on backorder, they will notify you and ask if you want to wait or cancel the order. Customer service is quick to answer questions, friendly, and resolve issues ASAP. I found them on Amazon, but will be ordering from them through their bulk website for a long time to come. I am a very grateful, and happy customer to have found and use their services.”

“I never received an email telling me my order had shipped it just randomly arrived on my doorstep thankfully we were home at the time or else it might have ruined in this heat.. the product was still frozen and fresh and arrived quick which I am thankful for but since it has arrived I’ve received a ton of emails about it including one at 12 am tonight finally saying it shipped with a tracking number a week after it’s arrival and now another being asked to write a review. The food quality and packaging was great the lack of communication until it arrived then spamming emails not so much.”

“I was very happy I received my order undamaged and intact. The only problem I had with my order was the emails I was receiving about my order were quite inaccurate. I had received my order a day earlier than was forecasted, but my status according to my emails was that it wasn't shipped yet. Three days after I received my order I was emailed that my order was shipped. Food Service Direct needs to be more accurate with your orders status. Other than that I was pleased with my order and would order again with this company.”

“ok in the past, but disaster this time. Pkg left in garage and not in the sun, but there was no dry ice in container. Ice cream bars totally melted. Not only that but had leaked all over creating an enormous sticky mess. Extremely upset!”

“I have Lupus and am VERY limited in what I can eat. Kellogg's Mueslix cereal is one of the items that I can eat and is nutritional as well. Food Service Direct has continued to carry it and I am so very grateful. Even when their "supply chain" is questionable, they always over-estimate the time it will take (and I order way ahead of time) and they always get it here early - no hassle, free shipping if I order enough and coupons.”

“I love the fact you still carry the 1 oz packets of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Can't seem to find them in the stores any more. They are convenient, easy to take with you and it's wonderful cheese. So often the sharp cheddar is not offered, only mild. A case might seem like a lot to order at one time, but they last forever. I store them in my garage refrigeraator and bring one box inside at a time. I use to take them with me in the car in a small canvas bag and cold pack to have for a snack or when I got to my hotel for a snack. Perfect. Thanks for still carrying them.”

“I’m not sure how much of this is FoodServiceDirect’s fault, but here goes. Steaz makes two types of peach-flavored teas: one in a glossy can with a large picture of a peach, and another in a matt can, with a tiny picture of a peach. They don’t taste the same; the latter has a more green tea flavor than the former. I specifically ordered from FoodServiceDirect because the picture on the website showed the first kind of tea. I ordered a box. However, what I received was actually the second kind of tea, which I don’t really like. I’m not sure what happened.”

“Very Upset. Item 1 Ordered Frozen Cookies. Received today melted mush looks like poo. Item 2 Frozen Scones. Opened box to find extremely hot. Items were in Transit for 5 days according to the tracking. Did not receive a tracking number until the items were received. Received UPS today brought in house 1-2 minutes after delivered to open the boxes and be disgusted. Dry Ice was completely melted gone and both boxes were heated. Boxes were not even marked perishable. Contacted Foodservicedirect VI: email and facebook finally found a number and left a message. No responce. According to the tracking off the boxes items were shipped on the 17th and received today on the 22nd.”

“The icecream I ordered showed up melted. I kept receiving false notifications via text and email saying your package has been delivered However no package was ever delivered. When I did receive the delivery it was all liquid 😑😒.”
