“I live in Fl and I have never received a warn or melted product . I used to go with a cheaper vendor but the shipments were always late , packaged damaged and products. I have referred Food Service Direct to all my buddies”

“It would have been 1 star, but the customer services worked with me to get a refund. Simply put, I ordered an item and they shipped the wrong thing. That kind of the whole thing in a business like this. You have to ship the product the customer ordered.”

“Love this place, but my recent order was shipped with the box slightly open and my description of the catfish I ordered did not match the description that was posted online. Said my catfish order was 3oz to 5oz fillets. What I got was the leftover scraps from the company thrown in a big bag. I’m now stuck with an item that had a misleading discription and out $100 bucks. This has to be the worst order I should not have gotten.”

“I have received my 4th package of muffin mix and it to has holes in the manufacturing packaging (not the shipping packaging). I not going through with all the pictures and phone calls again. Just simply chaulking it up to a lesson learned. I think you should request a package and thew it out and see for yourselves. Then you see what I'm talking about. Very disappointing on my side .”

“The product that I ordered was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered on time as per invoiced. The only thing that was a dissatisfaction, I could not contact a person to inquire about the order and it’s specifics.”

“I can understand prioritizing orders. Small orders are just as important as long orders. I say this because I had an order for pork chops they were in stock when I ordered them. I check my order later they were out of stock. I believe they were given priority to a larger order. The pork chops are still not in stock maybe the 23 Jun 2021. I still want this order.”

“The churros were not even sent with the cinnamon and sugar to make them churros and when I baked them they tasted rubbery. Would not recommend these to anyone.”
