All in all, when it is time to buy rice (we eat a lot) or beans (rajma is delicious), FSD has always come through. However, with my latest purchase, I cannot say that the delivery (UPS) came through as well. We received the boxes in rather rough condition, and I'm guessing one of them was handled so roughly that it had some of the contents leaking out of the bag. I'm not sure why the packages were in so much worse condition than my previous orders, but holy heck, were they beat up. If UPS cannot care for the packages prior to and upon delivery, it may be time to switch shipping partners or allowing customers to choose their shipper. Also, they took an entire extra day delivering one package; it was on the truck and out for delivery all day, then disappeared and was requeued for the next day. Unacceptable, given that they came to our building twice. Further, we're in a pretty central spot where a lot of people and businesses are, so it should have been easier, not harder, to get our deliveries all here on time.

Order, 6 #10 cans of 6 in 1 ground tomato, was handled and delivered, quickly and as promised. My only complaint would be that, of the 6 cans, 3 had decent sized dents in the cans.

So happy to find these muffins! Favorites of my adult children from their childhood. Each of the bags I’ve used so far has had a puncture in it, making it a little messy to get into the baking tins, but still happy with the product.

My child LOVES the Benefit Bars. Occasionally, they get them for breakfast at school. He asked for these as a gift. Typically, I would not pay this price for a snack treat for him. I wish they were more affordable (so does my wallet)! Luckily for him, his wish list was short. His favorite are the Banana Chocolate Chip. These were not available so I purchased the Oatmeal Chocolate Chip ones. They arrived as expected. It was fun to use the dry ice too. Only problem was when I went to get it out of the cooler, the bag was open and chunks of dry ice came out.

Received 1 item on time in great condition but communication from the company is nonexistent. I ordered 2 items and had to determine on my own as to why I didn't receive the 2nd item.

The order was sent in time but I found three boxes of cheerios destroyed, one of them was completely destroyed I could not resell it, two were damaged, I sent them for sale, I am waiting to see if I can sell them or they will be sent back to me.

The front end of the system works fine. There is a problem with the tail end delivery system. We are not notified that the product has been delivered (NOT RINGING THE DOORBELL) causing potential spoilage.

I was pleased with the timing, delivery, and product. I would have given a 5 star but all 6 cans of cheese were dented. Two can had very large dents in them. The box they were packaged in was not damaged so the cans were packaged dented. It doesn't affect the product in the can, but it was interesting the cans were all dented before packaging. Not a big deal. Not a 5 star for that reason.
