“Good with delivering my orders on time. Needs improvement on showing what's in stock before making an order. I made an order and found out later that the product was not in stock. It was delayed twice. You should have an option to switch out to a similar product that can be delivered sooner instead postponed my order twice in two weeks.”

“Finally found a place that had the cheese I remembered as a kid. It tastes just as I remembered. Just wished that the containers were larger but I guess the smaller ones will help it stay fresher and moister.”

“I ordered a specific type of plant based sausages that my supermarket stopped carrying, but FoodServiceDirect had them. I ordered a case and received them within 10 days(frozen). My only complaint was that the delivery person placed them outside the door without ringing the bell. Luckily my dog barked and I noticed them outside, as the delivery person drove away. If a box is frozen, it’s important to keep them at the correct temperature, and I was just fortunate to be home that day.”

“I will definitely be ordering again. I was able to order a product that I am only able to get when I go home which is not very often. I ordered the Supreme stuffers pizza pockets and they are awesome. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it said it was packaged with dry ice but there was no dry ice and the product was thawing. More care in shipping is definitely needed.”
