The product was packed good with enough ice and insulation so that it remained refrigerated and arrived as scheduled. The price was higher than other places but the other places were out of stock or unavailable to me.

Great to find a source for Roots Açaí. Wish shipping was a bit quicker, but it did have to travel across the country.

The gloves are what I anticipated. Not in love with the price but it's decently competitive these days since covid. Only giving 4 stars because the ship time was a bit later than expected and I've had probably 5 gloves per pack rip when applying them. Will order again.

The bottom trays the cannolis shells were all broken I couldn’t use them for my customer she got 48 cannolis instead of 60

Thank you for the replacement box of frosting. I threw away half of the box because it was broken open and the bag had a hole in it . Both inside and outside boxes were spit open . Package had to have been thrown . I was on vacation when the replacement box was sent , thank goodness my husband got home that day to get it inside the house . I have a covered porch but they placed it at another door in the hot sun . It was delivered around 4:40 pm and my husband got home at 9 pm . Glad it had not rained yet . The world is a different place we live in now . Thank you for the replacement . Janet Farmer

your products are great. however shipping is horrible. My shipment took so long to arrive that everything was completely thawed out. The shipment before was sent to somewhere in Texas instead of Wisconsin, and had to be resent.

Excellent service and drinks arrived in perfect condition as well as nice and cold! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that the price is extremely inflated, but since it's the only place I can find the drinks I order anyway.

Duck is/was excellent! Very prompt delivery, still frozen w dry ice. We put a case of these in our freezer, tried 2 the following day after delivery, very good, made our own duck sauce from numerous recipes on Google. A concern was shipment-would they still be ok? Called CS, was assured delivery would be timely with no issues. They were correct, will order again when we need to. Very professional staff. TY!

Peach cobbler was good but when rec box was smashed where crust was broken not enough ice to keep cold until delivery overall good would order from you again

I was very pleased with my first order from Food Direct. I was disappointed when I went to place my 2nd order and 4 of 8 items I needed were out of stock. However, I understand that all hotels, restaurants, etc...are ramping back up after being shut down. Food Direct did offer alternatives but they were higher priced.
