“PROS Very fast delivery great communication when products was delivered. Food is great so far first time buyer. Only ONE CON is Shipping is a bit expensive taking away savings on the food but this service is great for people who have no transportation on the other hand and who have big families to feed. “Our experience with Food Service Direct was good and likely our bad experience is only due to Fed Ex. Our product did not arrive frozen and much of it broken up. We will not use FSD simply because of the delivery issue. It was a waste of product. We also have been waiting for weeks and half of our order with no idea when it will arrive.”

“Got what i ordered. Only gripe i have is packaging an shipping. Being it is frozen i wish carriers would take a alittle better care because my package completely beat up an good thing it was a chilly day otherwise i would have had 30lbs of thawed shredded chicken on my porch when i got home.”
