The chocolate I ordered appeared to be in stock when I placed my order. Unfortunately, the product was out of stock but FoodServiceDirect emailed me promptly to let me know my shipment would be delayed and when the new ship date would be. Product arrived well packed and in an appropriately sized shipping container. Good prices on the products, good customer service, prompt shipping. I will be ordering again.

I ordered 36 bars of butter. I only received 33 bars. FoodServiceDirect owes me a credit of approximately $10.00

I ordered the Walking Taco's . I ordered the Doritos, Tostitos, and the Fritos. Both the Tostitos and Fritos came in the correct packaging but not the Doritos. They came in a regular chip bag, not the Walking Taco logo . The Doritos in that packaging did not sell as well as the " Walking Taco" labled ones.

Two of the sealed bags were opened a bit at the side seam of the package, it appeared to have happened in shipping or it’s just a faulty seal at the seam. ( Both packages were unsealed in the same place on the package) The meat did not appear to be bad but d/t the faulty seam I discarded it. I was a bit disappointed but Overall, I am happy with your product and service Your service was fast and a message sent to me, alerted me it was delivered and needed to be brought inside. Disregard the 1 star below, no customer service was used,Touched the screen in error.

The box the popcorn came in was really NOT the proper size nor strength for that 50# bag. Fortunately, nothing but the box was damaged.

I love to shop in bulk, food service direct is the Costco for perishable items. My only complaint is the outrageous spending limit they put on free shipping. $750 is a lot, especially for smaller businesses, maybe $150 something that may require at least 2 items for purchase.

The shipping is pretty fast. Everything is pack very good temperature wise, the product quality varies of course just like everyone experiences. customer service is right on any problems right-away.

All is great except shipping charges. If I make a double order, my shipping charges should decline from $18 for the 1st order to an additional $12 or $14 for the second order, NOT another $18. You would sell more.

Fast shipping , Items are fresh and shipped in ice packs or dry ice. My only complaint is when viewing the items on line all ingredients are not available to view and carb count is not listed. wish free shipping for small businesses, group homes and just large family that want to share some cases was lowered to 300.00 or 400.00 instead of 750.00. All in all i love this company. Would like to give it a five star if the carb counts and all ingredients was part of the items listing.
