“I'm very satisfied with the service. I ordered a frozen sorbet which was very well protected with styrofoam and dry ice. I'll be ordering more again as soon as my sorbet is running low.”

“I ordered a case of El Yucateco. It came in two large plastic bottles. In shipping, one of the bottles had broken on the bottom of the bottle spilling a lot of the contents. Luckily it was also in a plastic bag so the mess was well contained. Stuff happens. I rinsed off the other bottle and I wrote to customer service. They quickly responded and refunded me the difference for the broken bottle. Kudos for good customer service!”

“Great product, great service. These guys are careful about how they pack. Ordered two cases of glass bottled soft drinks. Heavy and yet very tricky on breakage. Arrived in perfect shape due to expert packing. All orders handled quickly. Couldn't ask for more.”

“My order was accurate and fast. I couldn’t find my coffee anywhere. If I did, it was an obscure amount. I was able to find it on this website for a good deal. I was skeptical to order because I’d never heard of this website, but my experience was good. I will definitely order again.”
