“The process is so easy. I especially appreciated the periodic updates on the delivery. It was received as promised. The shipping container was first rate. I was impressed to receive a notice that my package was delivered and that I should bring it in the house. Very helpful.”

“My family is most grateful to FSD for the opportunity to learn about ordering food online the past year! They have provided us with learning about doing things differently and then with a better outcome. Their shipping/packing departments make for delivery perfection and Customer Service is there to help @ every step along the way. Buying in bulk; finding new and better eats is great.”

“Very professional in email communications (except for returning vmail messages-left 3 messages; no return calls). All products ordered were shipped in timely fashion with lots of communication from FoodServiceDirect and UPS. Products arrived in great shape, no damage, still completely frozen. Thanks for providing the option to consumers to buy products that aren't available in local stores. I'll definitely use FoodServiceDirect again.”

“I buy the Hope's caramel and pecan cookies as an individual private home. Yeah, you get 213 cookies but we just put in individual bags and pull them out when we want them. All our guests love these cookies and we share some of the bags with them. Foodservicedirect is the only company who would allow me to buy this box of cookies without being a service facility. Thanks FSD.”
