“I recently ordered a case of chicken cordon bleu to be shipped to my son (who lives on the other side of the U.S. from where I live). Delivery was timely and my son raved about the chicken cordon bleu and how good it is. I searched high and low on the internet looking for a case of this product, and was happy to finally find Food Service Direct!”

“We love the Italian dressing. It does taste just like Pizza Hut . Package arrive in good shape but my daughter ordered the same thing and the container lid came off in shipping.”

“Delivery was fast and item was package perfectly and Was still frozen. The only issue, every time I order is that the count is always short, both were short by 7 pieces. Granted not a lot but for the price it is. My kids really like it so I order anyways knowing that it might be short a few pieces.”

“I bought a couple of cases of a product that I used to buy through a different supplier. At first I was annoyed because I’d never heard of Food Service Direct. However I was happy to find that the prices were comparable and the free and fast shipping was even better than my first supplier.”

“Although I'm extremely happy with the product, the service could have been greatly improved. Despite my having placed the order and provided a credit card, more than 2 months passed before I finally received. I received regular emails asking if I still wanted the product; I always responded that I did. In fact, at one point, I initiated contact to find out if and when I would receive my order. I don't ever plan to order anything from you again.”

“I'm happy with your service. I get products I can't get at local stores which allows me to create recipes I otherwise couldn't do. The delivery time was a little slow but, worth the wait!”

“The products are absolutely wonderful, but they are quite expensive and you can buy locally much cheaper and the Shipping is off the scale so I have never bought unless it’s free shipping. But the products and the customer service are wonderful.”

“I purchased a case of Fleishmann's margarine because the stores in my area stopped carrying it and all I've known is Fleishmann's since I was a young girl. I've tried other brands and it's a big NOPE! I shared the case with my daughter and daughter-in-law and we'll definitely be ordering more cases to split. Great company b/c the order was received in great time and very well packed.”

“Quick shipment of my order. Biscuits arrived in excellent condition. The package was a styrofoam cooler. One side was kicked in. The entire package was held together by tape; however, the biscuits were perfect.”

“The product arrived in excellent condition, in a styro, with frozen block in it to keep it frozen and it was, the individual bags worked great as well, i didnt have to open all of it at one time. It arrived pretty quickly as well. I will purchase this item again. Thank you.”
