Can’t believe you’re asking me for a review your service was horrific. It took forever to get the product. Customer service was uncompassionate.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am sorry to hear your experience was not a good one. I looked at your order and I see that your order was placed for a special order item. These are not kept in our warehouse and are only ordered on request when you submit an order with us. The lead time for this product is listed on the product page and you do have to confirm the wait time before placing your order. Our team would have been more than happy to help you find something that would fit your needs and be fulfilled sooner had you reached out before placing the order.

Food Service Direct delivered the product but the expiration date was cut off. So I don't know if it safe to eat pr not.

My one and only purchase was melted by the time it was delivered. individual containers where broken open.

I have ordered several times previously and the recent packaging, (no outer cardbord box), did not sufficiently insulate product. Dry ice was gone and some thawing had occured.

Bought salad dressing online because it what is used at one of our favorite pizza restaurants, Uptown Pizza in Youngstown Ohio. Found what I needed. Very easy. Checkout was good. Shipping time was acceptable.

Unfortunately, I had my first Shipment of protein bars left on a truck during a hot day so all my bars were melted. But food service got right on it and replace them immediately. That is great customer service! Thank you!
