“This is the BEST CAKE I HAVE EVER EATEN!!! I love salted caramel, my husband ordered them for my Birthday!!! I will order again. Nicely packed in thick Styrofoam cooler packed in dry ice. Came completely frozen you would never know it was a frozen cake!!! Tastes like you just picked it up from a bakery!!!!”

“Food Service Direct provides us with our frozen pureed Hormel Health Foods. The food is delivered on dry ice and in a timely manner coming across country. Their customer service is very easy to reach and work with you on any questions that arise. I highly recommend.”

“I love the Love the Caramel Apple Blossom Dessert, the first time I had them, I went on the internet to see where I could purchase them without going to the restaurant, once I found your store online, I purchased a box of 34, they arrived in great time, very carefully packed, un-damaged, and still frozen. I put one in the oven for about 15 minutes on very low, let it set for a few more minutes to cool and it had my kitchen smelling so good, my stomach was bitting at my backbone and mouth watered and puckered as if I had just bit into a lemon... I could not wait any longer, I got a bowl of French Vanilla Ice Cream and OH MY GOD!! That fresh taste of a home made baked, better than Apple Pie, freshly churned butter coupled with the apples cinnamon and caramel, sent my tastebuds into another stratosphere... in short, they are Heavenly!!! They go well with any meal, from High Class Presidential affairs to enjoying a simple home cooked meal good or bad, if the meal is bad, it will definitely make you forget it.”

“Once I removed the filter that sent their confirmation email to my spam folder, every email notification after was received with no issue. There was a small UPS delay (not their fault) but customer service was awesome during these uncertain times and I will suerly continue to do business with them.”

“I've had nothing but a great experience with Foodservicedirect. I've spoken to a few of the customer service agents and they have all been very polite and helpful. I don't shop online very much but this website was very easy to use when I was ready to make the purchase. The item I needed I couldn't find locally so I went online and they actually had a case of it so I decided I would use the others as gifts. I just had a quick question about the date which unfortunately they didn't have but they did know that this had a long shelf life so I decided to take my chances. Can only expect so much when by food online. Thank you for your service Foodservicedirect. Always a pleasure doing business with you all!”

“Great Company. They have been a real life savor during the pandemic, by shipping all my favorite foods straight to my door. One time and case of soup cans arrived damaged, so I called customer service and they made sure I was refunded for the damaged items in my order. Super kind customer service and overall painless and easy experience working with the company. I will be ordering all my food products from them in the future. I love this company!!!”
