“I've received 4 (soon to be 5!!) Shipments from FoodServiceDirect.com. The frozen foods arrived perfect and I even got to do some science experiments with the left over dry ice! It's great to have a one stop shop like this, especially now when some resources are scarce. Don't let the negative reviews scare you off, most people only go to the internet to complain nowadays.......”

“Couldn't find this item anywhere and Food Service Direct had it! Ordering was easy and shipping was relatively fast. They seemed to have a wide range of what I was also shopping for. Will definitely be buying from them again. Food Service Direct is legit!”

“I recently posted an unsatisfactory review due to a product that came in poor condition. They refunded my money and sent me an email apologizing for the bad experience. we are all going through trying times right now and I'm certain food supply companies are at a max. The customer service department handled this very fast and in a very professional manner”

“I had an order come completely thawed out. I complained. I got a prompt response where they took responsibility for not putting enough dry ice and quickly shipped out a replacement. It came very frozen. Mistakes happen, but this company handled it perfectly. I will continue to be a customer.”
