“Very happy with the service, I ordered a refrigerated product and it arrived in a cooler with ice packs in perfect condition. It's very nice to be able to order special products and get them delivered directly to home. “My order of delicate gluten free English muffins arrived in 98° Florida heat boxed in dry ice. As far as I know this is the only company that ships breads in dry ice. Yes, I likely paid more for shipping. I ordered the same muffins from another company last year. They arrived in crumbs and moldy. The muffins from FoodServiceDirect were cold and perfect.”
