“I have been with FSD for years and along the way we have had some hiccups but they always went the next step to help straighten out issues. products are great. no issues. shipping could add more dry ice, when ask for it AND will pay extra for it. Keep up the good work Jack Janisch”

“I bought a single order of 10 Ben & Jerry's pints of a specific flavor that I was a a fave and unavailable locally or at Amazon. The order arrived in good condition after several days in transit in a special container with dry ice. The price was double what it used to cost when available at Walmart. What arrived? I discovered that flavor had been changed by the manufacturer and many other people also complained about that. Therefore, I will no longer order that. I doubt that I will order anything else from your company because of the added cost of going so compared to shopping locally. Thank you for asking.”

“I purchased Dungeness Crab clusters, 25lbs and they were received in great condition, frozen in the perfect packaging to keep them frozen throughout the trip, and they were fresh tasting and really delicious. I have ordered another box for my grandkids that lives in Huntsville AL, and they are eagerly awaiting their arrival next week.... I am looking forward to doing a lots more business with Food Service Direct.....”
