“Food service direct is amazing, they have products I've been looking for years here. Lots of variety of products for good pricing. Love that it's not like other sites when you order you wait days, with them your order arrives within a day or two no later and everything is well packaged. If your looking for nostalgic foods as when you where a kid as myself, food service direct is the perfect place.”

“Food Service Direct was very convenient and prompt. The delivery was seamless and packed very well for transit. The only unfortunate part of the transaction was the Tyson Spicy Chicken and Waffle sandwiches were low quality and nothing like the images or memory of having tried them already. I had sampled them [twice] at a recent food show where they were first introduced to the retail grocery trade and of course, they were no less than great. What ends up on our plates as consumers is entirely different. Big shout out to Food Service Direct. Great service.”

“An order of frozen breakfast patties somehow took forever to get here and when it did, they were unfrozen, the box was damaged, etc. FSD was great about a refund. We took photos of it and sent them, they put in a claim to UPS and we were refunded quickly. Great service!”
