“I ordered pizza crunchers. The packaging was great, my only complaint would be the severe lack of communication!! I NEVER received an email saying that it was shipped. On the day it was supposedly arriving, I got an email that it was being prepared for shipping. This was irritating since I was waiting for it before leaving town for the lake. I “chatted” with someone who told me the shipment was “out for delivery”!!! Your communication is a huge thing since most items are frozen, and your emailing was horrible!!!’”

“I couldn't find the 2inch apple strudel anywhere, it was our favorite weekend snack treat. FoodServiceDirect had 320 frozen pillsbury mini apple strudels in a box for the equivalent price we'd been paying. Delivery was fast. Product was well packed and well frozen. Every piece was as good as the first. Thank you FoodServiceDirect, we'll be ordering again soon.”
