“My last order was delivered in the middle of the day, when I was out. I didnt get an email telling me that it had shipped until after it was delivered, so it was sitting out in the hot summer Florida weather for almost 20 hours before I knew it was there to bring it inside. Maybe there is a chance to improve the notification process? Thank you!”

Hello - Thank you so much for the feedback! We are actually doing text message notifications now for order delivery! This is supposed to sync up with UPS so you are notified within minutes of your order being dropped at your door :)

“Terrible packaging for shipping. I ordered a six pack of peanut butter, four cans were crushed upon delivery. Apparently food direct doesn’t care if the food actually get to the customer or not, as long as they take your money first.”
