“Cudahy pre cooked bacon had very small pieces of bacon. Bought Tyson before and received full size pieces. Also supposed to be 10 pieces per sheet but many sheets only had 9 pieces. Printed shipping label next day and waited 3 days to ship.”

“Duck is/was excellent! Very prompt delivery, still frozen w dry ice. We put a case of these in our freezer, tried 2 the following day after delivery, very good, made our own duck sauce from numerous recipes on Google. A concern was shipment-would they still be ok? Called CS, was assured delivery would be timely with no issues. They were correct, will order again when we need to. Very professional staff. TY!”

“I have used food services direct numerous times. This time the delivery service really did a number on my goods. I called food services direct and they immediately handled the situation and provided a full refund. Customer service is amazing which is hard to find these days.”

“You either do not have what we need or when you do have an item it gets destroyed by time it gets to us. That be from poor packaging leading up to product flying around in the box during shipping or not enough dry ice which leads to product defrosting prior to us receiving it. Also. Poor planing on shipping schedules. Ship on a date guaranteeing the delivery gets stuck in a non freezer UPS stop over the weekend making the order thawed out and spoiled prior to delivery at our point Hope this helps. I liked doing business with you and I also liked your ribs but we are a new startup and based on your product line we would have been out of business because of the problems occurred doing business with you”
