“I need larger individual bags of Doritos than the standard found at basic retail stores. Foodservicedirect was a google suggestion and it was right on!! The site was easy to use, arrived fast, fresh a NOT almost expired like I have gotten off of other sites! Plus NO hidden fees. Definitly will use them again.”

“All Trump's 25 lb bag of high-protein flour is a great flour for making great dough for NY-Style pizzas and bread for the home baker. The easy-to-manage smaller 25# size bag is also a plus for the home baker, and the price is good too. FSD.com is a pleasure to work with and, the service is great too. The product arrived well packed, and in a timely manner, will definitely purchase again and soon.”

“Four consecutive water orders were damaged and "undeliverable". I have been ordering cases of water in glass bottles for years and I have never previously dealt with this rather bizarre scenario. Needless to say I will not be making any additional water purchases through Food Service Direct.”

“Since I found FSD, I have never been out of Tazo Chai Latte that is my morning drink of choice. It is always in stock and arrives within a couple of days of ordering. This is so much better than going to the grocery store and finding out they don't stock it or they are low or out of the product. Because of my experience, I have recommended FSD to friends and family. Excellent service!”

“I ordered pizza crunchers. The packaging was great, my only complaint would be the severe lack of communication!! I NEVER received an email saying that it was shipped. On the day it was supposedly arriving, I got an email that it was being prepared for shipping. This was irritating since I was waiting for it before leaving town for the lake. I “chatted” with someone who told me the shipment was “out for delivery”!!! Your communication is a huge thing since most items are frozen, and your emailing was horrible!!!’”

“Packing of last shipment was a joke. Carton contained 2 items purchased and had enough space for at least 2 more cases of each of the items ordered. Dry ice packed with shipment was gone due to all the empty area in the packing case. This has me wondering if I will ever place another order with you.”

“Sorry but I would not buy from again. At least half the cans in the 6 x 4 individually plastic wrapped cans of cat food were dented. Do not feel this was first hand merchandise. The outside shipping box was not damaged.”
