This is one of the easiest websites to maneuver through when ordering. The products are described accurately and the process is very user friendly. I like ordering products from this company!

Ordered Dominex Round Batter Dipped Eggplant Cutlet, 5 Pound -- 2 per case. A bit surprised at packaging. One plastic bag with 10 lbs of Cutlets. Was expecting two 5 lb bags.

Hi Avi! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Most orders ship within 2 business days, but the length of time for delivery will depend on how far away you are from our warehouse. We do not ship over the weekends because it's important to us that our team has a chance to relax and recharge after the busy week!

Ordering was okay, the product came in late and spoiled. It was in its same box but everything was melted. I wrote an email to get a refund but no response back.

I placed an order on June 4th. It was supposed to be shipped by UPS Ground. It is July 7th and the order has not arrived. There is no one I can talk to. Emails I have sent get nothing but an automated email response. So, thus far, the service is terrible and the customer service to adjust the problem is non-existent. Billing, however, was very prompt.

So many vegetarian choices that are difficult to find anywhere else. Shipping is fairly fast when the item is in stock and ready to ship. The only time I have had an issue with an order that came in partially defrosted, I emailed support and got a credit. The delay in shipping was due to unforeseen weather emergencies with UPS or FEDEX, if I remember correctly. So they were not really at fault for the delay and defrosting. That was the only time out of about 20 boxes of frozen vegetarian food items delivered over the past 2 years that that that happened and they gave me a credit. Good, honest company.

Thank you for the feedback. I tried to look for an email with customer service regarding your shipment but I did not see one using the email address provided. I did track your order and I am showing that it is loaded for delivery. If the carrier has not reached out to you already please email our customer service team and we will do what we can to push this from our side.

I was very pleased with my purchase. It came when they said it would. I was impressed with the packaging, and the fish was delicious. I would recommend Food Service Direct. I will definitely be using them again.

I’m a first time customer so I didn’t know what to expect, I was very excited to find my favorite cake and placed my order, I kept waiting for my shipping notice to be emailed to me but after four days I hadn’t received one, and I kept going online to my account and it kept saying it hasn’t shipped yet, but that evening I received a email saying it shipped and would arrive the very next day, well I was excited all over again, box showed up, when I opened it all the dry ice had already evaporated and the cakes already were thawing out. The only saving grace was that the cakes were delicious, just as I remembered them, so I’m still on the fence about using you again

Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for the feedback. I can see why you would be on the fence. We did have an issue with our shipping notifications going out. Our IT team has been working around the clock to try and get this fixed. It's never fun to have no idea when your shipment is coming. We also recently completed some shipping tests and have made some improvements to the way we ship temperature sensitive items. We definitely hope you will give us another try!

I have placed orders for my store 3 times and the company will send me a tracking number and tell me its on the way and then tell me after the fact that it was canceled. This is bad for business
