“First Gyros since pandemic started. They were sooo good. Glad I did a search on Google because my regular store hasn't gotten any in and the manufacturer wasn't selling to the public. Food Service Direct shipping cost was very reasonable, $11 compared to another company of $80. Cost of product for both was similar in the $80 range.”

“Because of transportation issues, the order was no longer frozen when it arrived. However, immediately upon contacting FoodServiceDirect, they immediately sent out a new order at no cost to me. It arrived promptly thereafter. Thank you. The response on this survey is for the most recent replacement order.”

“I actually purchased this beef to experiment with an easier way to make Italian Bracioles. After my failed Bracioles experiment, I made Philly Cheese Steaks out of the rest and it was WONDERFUL!! The meat was tender and the flavor was delicious! I may actually buy this again!”

“We order a 1 gallon bucket of Cleveland Kimchi from FoodServiceDirect. The product first off, was amazing! Excellent kimchi with the perfect amount of heat and kimchi flavor. The shipping was also top notch, in a lined container with more than enough gel ice packs to maintain it for quite some time. The gel packs honestly didn't even melt for an extra 2 days after we received it. Highly recommended!”
