“For the products I need, FoodServiceDirect has provided excellent service and quality products. UPS Delayed a shipment one time which compromised the product since it was a frozen product. FoodServiceDirect immediately sent replacement items in time for my event.”

“I LOVE USING FOOD SERVICE BEFORE I FOUND THIS WEBSITE IT WAS HARD FINDING CERTAIN THINGS ESPECIALLY AT SAMS CLUB BUT NOW I CAN FIND WHAT I NEED HERE”

“I ordered $800 worth of frozen chicken strips. They arrived completely defrosted and were all bad. We could not sell them. They were not packaged to remain frozen. Then I got a hassle in trying to get a refund, ultimately had to contest the charge with American Express.”

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. We only sell items by the case and do not have a warehouse where we can keep excess. For that reason, we are not always able to get things for the same price as a grocery store can. Prices on temperature sensitive items also factor the price of extra packaging for the items.
