“Oh my gosh, this company delivered my "FROZEN" items still frozen and in great shape. Shipping is charged of course. But when ordering something frozen you have to anticipate an extra charge. Thank you, Food Service Direct!!”

“Food Service Direct will at times ship frozen food on a Thursday via UPS which results in a thawed order being delivered on Monday. Frozen food is supposed to be delivered frozen, no thawed. UPS did send a notice that the items were to be delivered Saturday but it wasn’t.”
