“I was thrilled to be able to order Boulart’s focaccia through FoodServiceDirect. The process of ordering was easy, and the product arrived fairly quickly. However, I was disappointed when the product arrived and found that the bread was not individually wrapped (as it is in stores.) I wish I would have known ahead of time.”

“My order arrived as scheduled. Out of 72 shells, only 2 on the bottom stack were broken. Used for mini quiche’s, worked great and will order again!”

“I ordered eight stone and granite cleaners. The order was returned to FDS FOUR times by the shipper as damage was detected to product. My fifth and final try resulted in me receiving only three of the eight ordered (and paid for), one of which was broken and empty fouling the shipping box. I am nor surprised, as the spray bottles were packed loose in a much too big box allowing them to move around and to break. Although customer service tried to solve the issue, the warehouse staff packing the items were clearly incompetent and clueless.”
