“This is my second order of 8 jars of the wonderful Red Chili Sauce! My wife & I use it almost every day, from tacos, to fried potatoes cooked on the BBQ grill! It is a must have staple for our pantry now!”

“Just received my shipment today...THANK YOU to The Fresh Chile Company! I live in San Diego, I've been to NM several times along with attending the Hatch Chili Festival! I've purchase chilies from directly from farms bringing them home, from stores here in SD that roast them in front of the stores and now from the Fresh Chile Company! Nothing compares to these!!!! They're meaty, tender and flavorful!!! My box arrived today, they have been cleaned and ready to go on the grill for roasting tomorrow! I'm a born & raised Nebraska girl, although I've been gone a LONG time...frankly just like quality food! Here's to The Fresh Chile Company...keep doing what you're doing!”

“Sauce is delicious I suspect Chile’s would be same but recommend styrofoam and blue ice packaging in lieu of cardboard and poking holes in box As my Chile’s came molded and gushy so they went strait into trash I will continue to get sauces from this company”

“Well boxed, only part I wasn't a fan of was when I ordered it said 2 day shipping included but it was sent through postal mail and takes 3 days.But it all worked out and I will buy from again, and plan too!”

“Fast shipping. Easy to order online. Priced competitively. Customer service is excellent. Only chile sauce that doesn't stain the utencils and containers. We love the convenience of the squirt bottles included with every order. We have not tried the pecans yet, but they look very delicious”

“I was very disappointed that the ‘mild’ red & green peppers were all red & quite hot..however, they did refund my money.. but I still have no mild hatch green peppers 😔”

Hi Leslie, We can understand your frustration that our Mild Chile still had some heat to them. Unfortunately, we don’t have complete control over the heat level the Chile will be because of mother nature’s influence on things. We shipped you our most mild strain of Chile that we are growing here in Hatch right now, however because it has been a very hot summer here it causes the Chile to be hotter as well. We apologize it wasn’t what you were looking for. Our hope in refunding your order was firstly as an apology, and secondly that it would allow you to place an order with just GREEN Chile so you’d be sure to get more of what you were looking for the first time around.
