Also, we would like to note that in the next 6 weeks we will be altering our recipe to make the mild more mild and the XHot will be even hotter if you decide you'd like to try again for something with more heat to it! “Got 3 jars of red. One Mild, Medium and Hot. So far have tried the Hot. It lived up to its name. Nice heat and taste. Looking forward to trying the others.”

“I ordered the medium and hot red chile sauces and was pleasantly surprised at how good they are. I pour them on everything now and will be ordering more. I'm a huge fan of "the spicier the better," so I'll be checking out extra hot and some other varieties next.”

“Your customer service is excellent. Shipping fresh chile is only so-so. Again, some of the chile arrived in rough shape. less than a dozen are good enough for rellenos. The pods on the bottom of the box fared the worst. Perhaps some padding, insulation or disposable ice pack ? Perhaps earlier in the season ? I had one of the few rellenos this morning for breakfast and YUM ! Perhaps only within 1-2 day range for shipping ? Thank you.”

“The service was everything a customer would want! The assistance was fast, polite and very helpful. All questions were answered clearly and throughly and the website was very easy to navigate. “I ordered a variety of the chili. The red chili has a nice flavor, but I feel it tastes “watered” down! Opened the red/green chili sauce Today and was VERY disappointed. It basically tasted like I opened a jar of Roasted bell peppers. Growing up in ABQ and moving to PHX I was so excited to try this chili. Doesn’t even compare to the “real” deal. Sorry, but I won’t be ordering anymore. :(”

“I had never ordered fresh chiles, but the reasonable price lured me in. It was easy to order, with good communications and a delicious result. We charred them on the gas grill, froze some, and are enjoying the rest on tortillas with cheese and onion. I'm glad I took the chance.”
