“The products offered, in my experience, have been excellent! I am a big fan of NM Hatch Green Chili, these products have enabled me to enjoy many dishes and shortcut some steps in preparing them. And bonus- the service and attentiveness doing business with freshchilico-com is excellent!”

“The Hatch Peppers were fresh and unspoiled sure a few had been broken open buts that's to be expected. The Flavor is outstanding but medium may not have been as hot as for past years. Overall if you compare prices I found these to be a very fare price. I will be doing business again. Thanks”

Hi Mary, Yes, your Fresh Hatch Chile can be preserved easily by freezing them - HOWEVER - you must FIRST roast them. You can then transfer to a freezer bag (we recommend quart sized and add about 8 chile at a time) and they will stay good for a year. You can freeze them peeled or unpeeled, either way is fine just as long as you have roasted them first. Warmly, The Fresh Chile Co.

The week you received your order there was a huge heatwave across the US that caused serious issues with being able to transport chile without it going bad (even WITH the two-day shipping!) “Received the red hat and it is good quality and fits well. Also, the Red, Green and Mixed Chili Sauces are amazing! You can taste the quality and the freshness. They are great with eggs, meat, tortillas and cheese, everything! I got the medium heat and is perfect.”

“Purchased Mild Red Sauce and Very Hot Green Sauce. WOW! Seriously, the best we have ever had. There is no comparison in flavor with anything out there on the market. We tried it upon arrival. Round cracker, onion and chive cream cheese, Hot green chili sauce (1 tablespoon) and a dab of Red Sauce. We now refer to it as our Christmas Cracker - Delicious! A great snack any time of the day. Next is Green Chili Enchiladas this weekend. We are placing an order again today.”
