“I was waiting at the door for the UPS delivery. When it got here I opened it up, had my tortillas ready to fry and my cheese grated and went full-on enchilada. So grateful it was excellent and I will repurchase. Living out of state has been terrible missing Chile and now I can get it. Thank you”

“The red chile is fantastic. We got the mild and it has just the right kick for our taste. This is our first order but we will order again soon. We love it. The Mesquite/Wildflower honey is very good as well.”

“I purchased the BBQ bundle of Red Chile and Honey. This is the best BBQ sauce I have had in a long time. I cooked a brisket in it and also grilled chicken legs and both were delicious. Thanks!”

“The red and green sauces are mind-bendingly AMAZING! I put it on everything...eggs, burgers, pizza, lasagna, sandwiches and of course, our NorCal mexican food that always needs a little kick. I had 3 jars delivered last week and we're already down to 1/2 jar left...looks like it's already time to re-order. I can't wait 'til I can find you in local grocery stores, but even then I'm sure it'll be consistently sold out! I look forward to converting more of CA to amazing New Mexican cuisine with the help of The Fresh Chile Co! Great stuff!”

Hi There, We have heard some of our customers' concern that the Fresh Red Chile sauce in mild is still a bit too hot so we are in the process of tweaking our recipe to make it quite a bit more mild in the next few weeks.
