“My first experience with them. Seems to be great company! Shipping expensive, if you only buy one (more than sauce price). They offer a shipping deal if you buy more. Next time I will buy more, now that I know it is fabulous sauce. Maybe they could offer a trial size of all sauces and heats!”

“I'm not sure how to review except for I got the wrong Chili's, I ordered medium red and got mild and I ordered mild green and got extra hot green, therefore I can't say how it taste because I haven't fix this problem yet”

“Got our order of red Chile, Green Chile and honey in a very well packed box and in a timely fashion. Immediately sry about making some beef enchiladas with the red. Oh boy, they were great with that red Chile. The honey we had on an English muffin the next morning. Excellent! We will be ordering more of each of those. Can’t wait to try the green. !”

“Just ordered 2 more jars of the medium red sauce. I sent 1 of them to my daughter in Oregon. My first jar was used to make Chile Colorado. My wife, who is not a huge red chile fan said it turned out great, Can't wait to try it for enchiladas. Can't wait to get green when the new crop allows. Plan on pre-ordering some since we use more green than red normally.”

“Howdy .. The Mild Red Chili Sauce Had A Good Taste but was A Little To Spicy Hot for being Mild.. also the next time We use it I'M going to cook it down A Bit.. needs to be A little thicker to me.. But all in all it does have A Good Taste and is A Good Product.. JIM”

Hi James, We have heard some of our customers' concern that the Fresh Red Chile sauce in mild is still a bit too hot so we are in the process of tweaking our recipe to make it quite a bit milder in the next few weeks. “The first night after we received our Hatch Chili products I made burrito bowls and we topped them off with red and green sauce—one flavor on each side, for a taste test. We loved both! We ended up stirring everything together because, YUMMY! Big fans at our house! I wish the jars were bigger!”
