“We could not be happier with the chiles we received!! They arrived fresh and ready to roast, and the flavor and heat levels were perfect! We used to buy our Hatch chiles already roasted, but this was so much better! The house smelled amazing for days!!”

“Love these products! I make enchiladas quite often and use the medium hot red sauce. I use the green sauce for green burritos. The hot and sweet pecans are addicting! I’ve never been disappointed and my orders are shipped very quickly. I highly recommend fresh chili co.”

“My chiles arrived quickly and are delicious. I roasted half of them and the rest are in the fermentation crock making a batch of Red Hatch Sriracha. I'll definitely be ordering again next year.”

“Awesome service and products. My first batch of chiles arrived in a smashed box and were broken and I had to decline to accept the package. Fresh chili immediately packaged another order and sent it no questions asked. Amazing company. I will be ordering again. Sylvia”

“I made Taco salad for my wife and I. My sauce was the perfect amount of heat this is what I was looking for. I used the red sauce on them. I can't wait until the fall of the year gets here. I'm going to use this sauce on pinto beans. Thank you so much for posting on Facebook..... I will be reordering soon........”
