“I bought ten bottles of the extra-hot red chili sauce and was very disappointed. Have tried three of the bottles and they have all been ultra mild - no chili flavor or spice at all. Ketchup is spicier. I have had extra-hot hatch green chili peppers before and it has always even very, very hot. Seems to me, these bottle might have been mislabeled to be this bland. I was really looking forward to some great hatch chili. I will just have to try a different brand. Thanks anyway, Garry”

“Customer service and communication is excellent. Transit time with UPS was longer than I expected. Think it took a week from ship date to get my box. 3/4 of the peppers are beautiful and wonderful and better than I expected. 1/4 are average condition...some have black ends, some are flat and wrinkled, and 2 were rotten. My red and green mix was all red....maybe the green had already turned orange/red. I have never ordered fresh peppers before so not sure what I should expect on the green ones but thought they would be green.”

“They arrived in great shape and were heat rated correctly. The chile were also priced better than I had ordered earlier in the season and I believe they sent me a pound or two extra! I will order from Fresh Chile again and will urge my friends to do the same.”

“From the time I placed the order it took approx. a week or so for my friend to get her order in GA. from Las Cruces. It arrived in good shape too. Very few reject chiles. Hard to get thru on the phone to this Co. to place my order but other than that it was a good experience and the customer service was nice & friendly. With all that and the FREE shipping with my order I can honestly say I will be ordering from this Co. again. :)”

“I ordered the Red and Green fresh chili along with 2 bottles of Red Sauce. The chili is large and very meaty... Some pieces has some age to them wrinkling... But, as a whole! I am very happy! The chili taste amazing. The only reason I gave a 4 Stars instead of 5 stars... was because the bottles of red chili sauce were placed in the same box with the fresh chili.... and as you know shippers are not kind to items being transported! But, I did get FREE shipping! So I recommend FRESH CHILI CO. And will buy again! Have not tried the red sauce yet, but it looks really good!”

“I ordered the hot G76 hatch chili . I was very surprised to find how much heat they have. These peppers were 6 to 8 inches long or better very meaty pepper and lots of heat. Cant wait wait to make fermented sauce with these.”

“Customer service is remarkable. Fast responses to my inquiries. UPS a little slow - fresh chiles sat an extra day in Las Cruces, so instead of Friday, my chiles arrived Monday. Took 6 Days for delivery as UPS does not deliver on weekends. Still looked fresh so I can't complain. Tasty too. I did not expect the boxes to look the way they did (holes and handle holes) for this fresh delivery - not sure what I was expecting, just surprised. Thanks. I am now ready to roast and enjoy.”
