“Service is great!! I placed my first order with Fresh Chili Co. and to my surprise it came to the door a total mess (It was clearly badly handled by the delivery company). I sent a few photos and message to Fresh Chili CO. and they responded very quickly and effectively. They recognized the issue, and sent out a new shipment of the products I ordered. I can't fault them for the delivery of my first request as these things happen, however I can praise them for the good service in making it right and I do feel a comfort level with he integrity of this company to stand behind there products etc...”

“Just need to wrap each jar with bubble wrap.They come broken .When first ordering they did ,now not. Also the orders now seem to get mixed up. Love your chili, also how fast customer service gets back with me over orders. Thank you”

“I love chili Colorado! Used the red chili out of the bottle, mixed the flour onto the meat, browned it , added my onions and cumin dumped it into my slow cooker and 6 hours later ...Yummy! The best find for me and my love for hot stuff and Mexican cooking.”

“Good quality. Well seasoned. Fresh flavor. Seasoned with chili flaor but not hot. Also received RED chile when I actually ordered green chili. I plan on contacting them and I am pretty sure they will recitify the situation.”

“I bought ten bottles of the extra-hot red chili sauce and was very disappointed. Have tried three of the bottles and they have all been ultra mild - no chili flavor or spice at all. Ketchup is spicier. I have had extra-hot hatch green chili peppers before and it has always even very, very hot. Seems to me, these bottle might have been mislabeled to be this bland. I was really looking forward to some great hatch chili. I will just have to try a different brand. Thanks anyway, Garry”

“Customer service and communication is excellent. Transit time with UPS was longer than I expected. Think it took a week from ship date to get my box. 3/4 of the peppers are beautiful and wonderful and better than I expected. 1/4 are average condition...some have black ends, some are flat and wrinkled, and 2 were rotten. My red and green mix was all red....maybe the green had already turned orange/red. I have never ordered fresh peppers before so not sure what I should expect on the green ones but thought they would be green.”
