“I recently ordered the variety pack plus one jar of Abuelita’s red Chile. I usually make my own red and green sauces but, I wanted to try this brand out. I received my order early afternoon so I decided to try them out immediately Using Abuelita’s red sauce I prepared cheese enchiladas....mmmm, so good, as was the pure green which I prepared green chile, plus saved myself a lot of time as well! I will definitely be ordering again!”

“I’d heard of this company through friends. I happened upon an email that this company could deliver the world famous “Hatch chili” at a reasonable price. My only wish would be that they’d carry the jars of the various types of chili in larger size jars as in 32 Oz. Great product & highly recommend this company.”

“I'm pretty sure I bought everything they sell over the last year or so, except for the Dry Posole. I've been pleased with everything! It's always well packaged, never any breakage. Products have always been the best quality too. Be warned though, if says X-Hot. It's going to be HOT! I lived in T or C years ago for a few years, about 20 years ago. I got hooked on Hatch Chile then. Whenever I wanted to get some shipped, it's always been cost prohibitive. Shipping always cost more than the products. So, I went without. Since I've found The Fresh Chile Co, I get shipments on a regular basis. Shipping is only around $10, even by the case. I'm looking forward to the Frozen Products due out this summer. Sarah and the gang are Top Notch! Keep up the good work!”

“The store brand salsas and other condiments are not a favorite because they are"canned" and that process usually brings about a bland cooked taste to the veggies. Not this sauce. It is remarkably tasty and flavorful, and above the usual standard stuff. Good with just chips, or on a plate of Mexican fare, it is sooo good. Definitely a new favorite. Highly recommended.”
