“Have always made my chile sauces from scratch. Because of health reasons, it is very difficult to do so. This is the best chile...very close to home made. I can now make my favorite dishes! Excellent customer service! Wish I could cook more now that I found you!”

“The taste is down home, it's been years since I roasted my last sack, and baggied it up for the freezer. My first order was lost in the mail, you replaced it. That was class. Since i have ordered 2X. See ya next fall.....”

“When I placed this order I thought I hope im not making a big mistake because all jar Chile I have ever tried. I usually do not like. But this chile in the jars are excellent. We loved them all. I also bought powders....soon to try!!!”

“I think the sauce is excellent. I often cook pinto beans, and when I added the sauce to make chili beans, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I've also put it into guacamole and it is terrific there as well. I plan to use it when I cook enchiladas.”
