“Quick shipping and well-packaged. I mistakenly ordered the mild instead of medium but was pleasantly surprised that the mild still had some heat to it. Great flavor and high quality product!”

“We ordered a box of mixed chile sauces and they arrived yesterday. We already opened the hot green chile sauce and had it on eggs and our homemade pizza and it was so flavorful and the spice level was right on point. Can’t wait to try the other sauces! Thanks Fresh Chile Co for having this available for us Hatch chile fanatics across the country.:)”

“Received our package earlier this week.Broke into the red and green mild. Goid with good flavor. Glad we hot mild, even though my husband can go wirh a bit more heat. He said he thought it was enough heat. We ate some with chips. So glad I saw your ad on Facebook!”

“Just used the mild red and green r ok roasted chili blend on taco salad. It was the best thing my wife and I ever had. Jalapeno peppers without seeds are as hot as we go so the mild was perfect. Flavor was fantastic.”

“I got a medium green Chile powder and a medium red Chile powder for my friend in Florida. He’s an excellent chef and will really enjoy the taste of quality that you guys make! You also included a couple of recipes in his package that he enjoyed as well. That was a very nice touch and I appreciate what you do! Best wishes”

“Having grown up in New Mexico, I was a little skeptical about purchasing chile in a jar, from Hatch, that tastes like my abuelita's chile! But I was pleasantly surprised! The medium (red) was savory, rich, and flavorful. It was excellent with pork and only grew tastier as it simmered longer! The only recommendation I would make is to blend some of the hotter with the milder. Making a hybrid blend was my grandmother's way of making the hotter kind tolerable, and it was always my favorite! Well done, The Fresh Chile Company!”
