“Your products are so fresh and delicious! I am always looking for a taste of authentic New Mexican cuisine and I think I have found it! Also, your customer service is friendly and excellent. I have placed 2 orders so far and I will place many more.”

“The chilies are great but I bought 5 lbs thinking could make chili rellenos out of that batch. I was able to make 10 rellenos the rest of the chilies were to thin or to small. I can use the rest for salsas and sauces.”

“I live in Missouri, and I've ordered from two other companies in New Mexico. Chiles from the Fresh Chile company arrived on time, and the vast majority of were ready for roasting; out of 20 lbs, there were maybe 4-5 chiles that could not be roasted due to mold. That's a lower percentage than I've experienced with other suppliers.”

“I purchased a 25 lb box of green chiles from The Fresh Chile Company. Since it was shipped to my house, I am very satisfied with the quality of the chiles. I did have 5 peppers that I had to throw out due to rot and/or breakage but again since it was shipped to my house, I don't think that is too bad. I would definitely buy from The Fresh Chile Company again!! Thank you.”

“The customer service experience was great. I love the website and the owners vids. However, am disappointed with my Big Jim 25lb order. There were very few actual big Jim’s. Most were thin and small. I usually from Hatch Chile Express and get big meaty peppers.”

“So far pretty good product. As a career Brand builder in consumables, I've become maybe a little to critical...that said i like the flavor, not so much the salt as the 2nd item. I believe it should be number 3 or 4 as we all know we're buying the idea/flavor profile of the Hatch Chile. And we all know where salt stands in a cost factor....... Overall love the Brand/Products and wish you all the best as you build your brand further!”

“The order came quickly but was so hot We couldn’t eat it. My husband wanted the hot but it was just too hot, the mild would have been perfect. This was just our mistake.”
