“The fresh chilies are wonderful. The green chile salsa I'm not to impede with, I don't think it had the true taste of green chile. It's good but I think it could be better.”

“So far after three or four orders the service and product are great, in fact I'm sending some to my brother in NY tomorrow for him to try, like me he is Chef with over thirty years in the business and I'm sure that he will enjoy cooking with your product as much as I do.”

“My experience was very good with your company the entire purchase & shipping. I am enjoying the salsa & red chili sauce. I’m not asking for anything but the products were just OK, I know that you need to charge a certain price to make a profit, I understand that. I don’t think that for me it is worth the extra expense. Keep doing what your doing. Thanks Vic”

“I had some problems with the fresh chile orders (3 of them) but some of the blame lies with UPS. I still managed to get quite a good number of bags of chiles in my freezer. Of 45 lbs I only lost about 1 lb due to the weather or delays in shipping due to COVID 19. All that said I appreciate your company getting the chiles harvested and shipped to everyone.”

“Chilis came in on a Friday and I used some of them that evening and they were okay, I was disappointed in the were not as spicy as ordered. y chilis were not as hot as what I thought I was buying, they were supposed to be extra hot, but found them to be a medium heat.”

“Although the product is excellent, and I have tried several of theirs, The shipping and/or product availability is not disclosed up front. My last order had multiple delays do to the sourcing farmer not having enough employees to pick the product. This resulted in a cancellation of the shipping of the order, and then another delay after that. No communication came to me regarding these delays - I only found out by reaching out to the company - Customer service should be a bigger priority, and the customer should be notified immediately of any delay in shipping the product. Just makes common sense.”

“I ordered 4 jars for a family gathering. They all loved them! I tried to order a different product but the shipping charge was as much as the product. I was offered a 15% discount which came to $1.30 something, not much help. I'll only order again if I order several products at a time.”

“Hello I had a few problems when I have placed an order they took care of it but I still have the problem then I had a problem with the product there was a lot of Burt skin in my three jars of chili but I had purchased which was the red and green I let Melissa no she said she was going to take care of it she sent me one jar of Mama salsa which I didn't understand when the chili was the red and green that I had the problem with but other than that your chili is delicious thank you 😋”

“Tried Mama's Medium Salsa tonight for the first time on our carne asada tacos, I can say everyone was very pleased. I'm not the type to by any pre made salsas since I make my own but I gave in when I placed my order to give it a try. Medium flavor wasn't spicy at all it had good amount of flavor, it could have had little bit of a kick but it didn't. It's okay might try hot next time. I'm going to definitely going to order more next time.”
