“In the 80's a friend of mine and I would drive from Tucson to Las Cruces to visit his mother. We would always drive through Hatch and pick up about 20 sacks of chilis for ourselves and friends. The sauces I got from freshchileco bring back that wonderful taste I've missed since that time.”

“When ordered my products I did not understand it needed to me made before it could be shipped. No problem because when I emailed my concerns were taken care of. Since then I received my chili sauce and and am very happy with the taste . If the shipping was a much cheaper more would be ordered.”

“Ordered jars of each of the hatch chili. I have tried the red/green sauce and is great on Hamburgers. The Red instead is total the best for every thing. I ordered the X-hot in all types, haven't tried the green sauce yet but will use on chicken enchiladas and pork stew. The X/hot is not real hot so don't be afraid to try it.”

“I placed my 1st order way ahead so I'd be assured of getting in line. They were delayed due to a new production facility and I was kept well informed of the delay. I received my shipment last week. It was packed well and arrived quickly once shipped. All I can say is, "WOW!" is it good! The best I've ever tasted and that's with a spoon right out of the jar, can't wait for the wife to make some "enchies". This Hatch Chile Sauce is a life and game changer.
