“5 Stars isn’t enough for my experience with The Fresh Chile Company. Ordering is simple. Delivery is very timely and the jars are well packed. If I could offer any advice to people considering making an order, Buy twice as much as you think you should because when you run out it might be off season and then you have to wait. It tastes so good and the ingredients are pure. You will want to put it on everything.”

“I was introduced to Fresh Chili Company on Facebook about 10 month ago & because of trips to Colorado and my love of Hatch Chilis I decided to place an order. All of their products are top notch. All 3 of their chilis + their honey are now staples in my kitchen. And you’ll never meet a better group of people”

“Fresh Hatch chiles - what's not to like? Shipping was fast, packaging was good, chiles were fresh, good sized, and none were damaged. I haven't tried the bottled products yet. I've been too busy roasting my own. ❤🔥🌶”

“It took quite awhile to get my order because of unforseen delays during construction as I was told. Kept me informed as of the experience and delivery. Only issue I have is that I ordered the medium level on the red\green blend. I must say it is way too hot for me to eat out of the jar.next time I will try the mild.”

“In the 80's a friend of mine and I would drive from Tucson to Las Cruces to visit his mother. We would always drive through Hatch and pick up about 20 sacks of chilis for ourselves and friends. The sauces I got from freshchileco bring back that wonderful taste I've missed since that time.”
