“Placed order and it took almost a month to get product. When it was delivered one jar was broken and the whole box was a mess. Need to package jars more securely, That being said the chile is the best!”

Hi, Don, We sincerely apologize for the delay you experienced with your order. We outgrew our old production facility this past year and worked hard all summer to get our brand new state-of-the-art facility up and running. As you can imagine, there were some delays with its completion, which set us a little behind our expectations for producing sauces. We tried to be clear when folks were ordering that they were placing pre-orders on these certain products, and deeply apologize if, for some reason, this wasn’t made clear for you when you made your purchase. Now that we're up and running in our new facility, we're able to ship orders much more quickly. “I ordered in early Sept. and I had to wait until your new factory was online, which was quite a delay in my option. I still haven't received the products, because UPS is is now delaying the shipment for some reason. I am hoping when I finally receive the products, it lives up to the comments I have read. Last of all, if it takes this long to receive an order, I don't think I can wait this long again. Thanks, Rob Hager”

“Unlike the other place I ordered from, I had only ONE split chile pod, and it was not rotting and slimy! Their shipping was way more inexpensive, and the chiles are PERFECT. New lifetime customer here!”

“A few months ago, I saw an advertisement for this salsa and decided to give it a try. My concern was whether the salsa contained onions which I do not like. At first taste, I fell in love and immediately ordered more jars. The fresh taste and quality of the product cannot be beat!”
