“The first time I bought the red, green and the blended, all in hot. They were all absolutely delicious, especially the blended! I have since order more in the hot, medium and mild (for others who thought it too hot). We took a 4-5 lb roast and put it in a crock pot with two jars of the blended along with some flour, water, condensed beef stock and cooked it for 7 hours. We added a good portion of cheddar cheese about 30 minutes before it was done. Then put it in a burrito with some refried beans.......Wow, it was so so good. Had my son (who is a fireman) taste it and he made the same thing for his whole shift and now they are all hooked. They either have or will be ordering their own. It took a while to get my first order, but the second order came quick...so worth the wait! I think I need to order some more to make sure we do not run out.”

“First ordered medium red & green. A little too hot for our Missouri tastes. Then ordered mild red & red/green. Perfect —- tried mixing red/green in chicken tostados, the using red as a “ketchup” on the table. We loved it!!”

“I love your red and green chile. I don't use the hot (it is a gift) but we all like your sauce. I've never had any problem until the last shipment when one jar was broken ....likely due to rough handling by the Post Office. I would recommend your products to everyone!”

“While looking for green chile in Las Cruces, NM in October we bought a bottle of The Fresh Chile Co (Pure Green) at a Pecan Store. This is the best Green Chile we have found since moving from New Mexico several years ago. We have since ordered and tried the Red and the Red & Green Sauce. I love the Pure Green, and my husband loves the Red. We both enjoy the Red & Green. I have already ordered twice in less than two months, so I guess we are hooked. The service is great, and our mail orders have arrived quickly and damage free.”

“We find the green to be a great base for chili, posole, & salsa. It also makes a great cooking sauce. We've used the red as a cooking sauce with great results. Customer service has been excellent.”

“I was happy to find this company. I moved away from the El Paso area and good Chile salsas and sauces are hard to find. I also miss going to the local market to buy my Rista. Thank you for your products and great customer service.”
