“My first order of 2 jars of Red were lost in the mail.(SOMEBODY GOT SOME GOOD STUFF)Thankfully FCco. Freely replaced it for me. thank you. Quite satisfied with the full rich flavor and nice bite of the Red, and the color...and the color, thats the real deal. So this is my second order, I got another med Red and a hot Green...Many great meals to behold thanks to a little jar. Kirk Gardner”

“I ordered 6 -3packs. When the two packages arrived in rainy weather, they looked a bit mashed and tattered...but inside was packaged so perfectly, they were unharmed!!!! THANK YOU! They are Christmas gifts cuz we all love Hatch chili”

“Beyond the quick turnaround on my order, the chiles remind me so much of the great times I had in Northern New Mexico, especially in the autumn when the chile strings were posted like wreaths on the homes, and somewhere someone was simmering some green chili.”

“We are a chile crazy family and we usually purchase 40 - 80 lbs of Hatch chiles when we find a dealer in our area, have them roasted and skin them ourselves. I wanted to try your product, ordered a 3 pack, really liked them all, so ordered 2 six packs and 2 more 3 packs to share with family members. Good stuff!”
