“I recently discovered your company in New Mexico magazine and decided to order your 3 jar sample pack. It came in a timely manner and so far we have only tried the mixed green and red chile. My husband I both absolutely loved it and will be ordering more. We are anxious to try the green and red chiles both and have been telling our friends and family all about you and shared you on FaceBook. have also subscribed to your recipe site on FB.”

“This is the way a business should run. They sell an excellent product at a reasonable price. It’s shipped with great care. My bottles traveled across the country and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and saw how meticulously the bottles were packed. When I opened the green Chile’s, I finished 1/2 the jar in one sitting. I’m looking forward to cooking with the rest of my green and red. This will become a staple in my pantry.”

“The green chile is fabulous. I have a medium heat green chile on order, and I;m looking forward to it, Eggs, casseroles, the mild adds just a little heat, but a deep rich flavor. The people at The Fresh Chile Company have been very helpful in taking care of order questions.”

“My first order took forever which was explained by new facility delays BUT when my order arrived I've loved it. I received my second order lickety split. Love using your products the red such a good fresh flavor. I have used red in mild and med. But know med is for my taste and I wonder if half hot and half med might even be better, I've used the red/green mix, loved it. I only have one jar of green, my son is trying to talk me out of it. I only wish the product could be available in my state. But did appreciate when you gave me the 10$ shipping. Satisfied customer.”

“I ordered the large (don't remember the oz. size 12?) bag of both the Red Chili Pecans and the Hatch Green Chili Pecans. They were both really good and they arrived the day before Thanksgiving instead of the day after like they had said. The only issue I had was that the red pecans were pretty broken up. Not a whole or a half in the bunch. The green ones were mostly whole. Would recommend and order again.”

“I have bought at least 18 jars of Fresh Chili in the last year. The last order was 6 Fresh Red Chile Sauce Medium. I love it. I put it into spaghetti sauce, "liberally" pour it onto potato chips and use it on anything that needs "spicing-up". You will love it as I do!!”

“Excellent sevice. And the Chile taste great. Wife bought some for me and I bought some for my brother. I asked him how it was and said he liked it. We both got the hot, red red/green mix and the green. Flavor bursting sauce. Better than the stores. Also they give you free receipt's. Got to try that out too.”

“Has the true taste of New Mexico-Mex dishes, not Cal-Mex nor Tex-Mex which just don't make it in my opinion, derived from vacationing extensively and living for a few years in New Mexico”
