“I ordered the flowers for my Mother-in-law's Birthday. Although my husband, her son, passed away last year, I wanted to send her a beautiful floral arrangement for her 94th Birthday. FTD did not disappoint. The roses and lillies are absolutely beautiful! Thank you!”

“I had to contact FTD twice before I received any information about my order and why it was delayed. Two days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I was told that the bouquet I ordered was unavailable. A substitute bouquet was delivered three days late. I was told I would receive a refund for the shipping charges and I never received the refund.”

“Albertsons in Hobbs, NM were the florists that received the order. They were amazing! They reached out to me when my mom was not answering her door and held the flowers until she was home 3 days later. Communication was much appreciated, thanks!”

“My friend loved the flowers I had sent to her. However, the delivery was less than 5 stars. She just happened to see the driver leave her front door. He did not knock or ring the bell. When she opened the door, there were the flowers sitting in the hot sun. It was a very hot day. If she hadn't seen him leave, they would have been ruined.”

“I ordered the upgraded Apple Picking bouquet for my sister. The rose count falls way short as does the quality of the arranging and overall stem count. I definitely feel as though I was cheated out of the upgraded bouquet. Most occasions, I wouldn’t ask for a comparative photo as I would consider that to be in poor taste, but since it was my sister, I thought it okay to ask. Delivery was timely so I gave two stars.”

“I placed an order for the folks who work in my office since I am retiring. The roses came and were dead well 50% were dead by the next day on the same review I complained instead of doing nothing you sent a new order of lovely roses that is a quality company Really happens these days. “I have purchased flowers from them for my father-in-law’s memorial. Out of three arrangements. One was there when I arrived. And then called to check on the status of the other two the second one arrived as the guest were arriving, they had to walk through the service to place the flowers. The third arrangement never showed up. When I contacted FTD they told me that the first two flowers did arrive so they would give me 50% off on the second arrangement that grant you arrived when people were being seated and a full refund for the one I never receive.. how generous of them. I would not recommend them. I had to escalate the car, spend a better part of an hour and a half to resolve this you would think they would have more respect considering their line of business knowing that when flowers are going to a memorial service they should be done in a timely and stress-free. I can assure you that was not my experience.”

“I recently placed an order for a bouquet of white roses to be sent to the family of a deceased friend. What they received was far from what I ordered A white rose bush with one white small rose on it. I ordered on computer and the order was received in Chicago, it took almost a week for friends IN NY to receive it. I did receive a very small rebate after complaining. PLEASE ALWAYS CALL YOU ORDER INTO THE LOCAL FLORIST IN THE AREA YOU WANT. DO NOY USE FTD”

“I would not recommend using FTD. I sent flowers to a funeral. they were supposed to be an upright spray. They were not. They were on the floor. They were wilted. I do not recommend.”

“I very disappointed with the arrangement that I had ordered for a sick family member. I don't believe I got what I paid for. I've included the picture of the arrangement from your site & the photo from my recipient. Anyone that knows how to create a floral arrangement knows you need to have height for it to stand out.”
