“I ordered a month ahead to have flowers delivered on a special day, called 2 times throughout the day and was repeatedly assured they would arrive on time and then told they would arrive the next day only to be told the next day they would arrive at a different date completely unprofessional to not be able to deliver on a date when a customer orders a month in advance.”

“A substitution was made for my order which I could’ve bought at the grocery store for $20 and thrown together myself. I wasted $100. So disappointed and sad on what should have been a very special day.”

“Love the convience of ordering and the quality of the flowers sent. My complaint is that I order FTD because of the offer of 15 flight miles per dollar spent. I have not recieved any miles and no response to my emails asking about them. I called and was told the offer was discontinued only to receive 3 more FTD email offers advertising the 15 miles per dollar spent. Not happy with your communication or lack there of.”
