“The bouquet was much smaller than the picture and flowers were dead. My wife deserved better from you guys after 24 years of marriage. I’m looking for a refund, asap. Jacko.brad@gmail.com”

“First name, your program cannot autofill, that is pretty bad- the flowers were marginal,several stems were past prime, obviously the shop was anxious to unload them, overall all very disappointed- will not order again”

“I placed 2 orders & received delivery confirmations for 2 orders; however, I was charged for 3 orders. They refused to refund me for the order that I didn't place. I've disputed with my credit card company. Never again”

“Web site is very easy to navigate and offers such a wild selection of gifts. We really wanted to comfort our friends who lost their dog, and the orchids available at FTD.com were the perfect gift to send. Our friends really appreciated our gift.”

“I am not a Rookie when it comes to purchasing the quality products from FTD! This was No Different, as the variety was spectacular, the price was right, and the delivery was outstanding. Unfortunately, the recipient was on vay-kay, probably NEVER got the opportunity to view those Gorgeous Mixed Roses I set to her for her 76th Birthday! Thank You, Briggs”

“Technically flowers got delivered. However they looked nothing like the photo, half as many flowers. The expectation vs delivery were so disappointing. Giving 2 stars cause they gave me a 50% refund.. but never again!! So much for sending my mom a nice gift. Looked like someone just grabbed random flowers and put them in a vase”

“The worst experience imaginable — I would not wish this on anyone, not even the President of FTD Flowers. I placed an order that was never delivered, and there was no legitimate explanation. The intended recipient never received their anniversary bouquet on their birthday. Customer service provided nothing but lie after lie. This was a display of complete mismanagement and incompetence. My request for management to contact me directly to verify the problem was refused by outsourced representatives. Never order from this company. In my opinion, they operate like scammers.”
