My sister loved the birthday flowers and I appreciated the email letting me know when delivery was completed. I have always been very pleased with my FTD orders over the years. Thank you for a wonderful product and great service.

Our experience in the past has been pretty good with FTD. The flowers are usually quite nice. For my recent order placed yesterday (9/4/2025), the ordering on line was frustrating at best. The screens were difficult to navigate and when I tried to use the "Place Order" button it kept reverting to the information above it so that button was not visible. After several attempts and finally moving the entire screen myself, I finally was able to place the order. You need to fix that.

My last order never arrived to my niece. She was going to display it next to her mother's urn, during her life memorial. My niece was heart broken. The other order from this florist was delivered to the wrong address.

Do not use!!!! Quality has gone dooooown down down down in recent years. I have been sending flowers a few times a year for many years now... I always order the premium bouquets. And for 100$+ to continue to get bouquets that are smaller than a soccer ball and completely underwhelming is very disappointing This time I placed an order on August 30 for delivery on September 2nd.... Then they notify me that they won't be able to deliver untill the 4th, but FTD only wants to refund me the same day delivery fee which doesn't apply... Terrible communication.... Terrible customer service. I canceled the order and will never use this service again. Yuck yuck yuck. Sace your money. Call a florist directly in the area you are ordering from. You will get more bang for your buck.

One of the stems of the 15 sunflowers was broken up at the flower when they arrived. We opened them up right away but they never really opened up fully. Certainly nothing like the photograph on their site of the gorgeous huge sunflowers. I also completed their survey and asked to be contacted but have heard nothing. Overall, a very disappointing experience

FTD delivered the wrong floral arrangement and the one they delivered half the flowers were dead! I will never trust FTD with my flower orders ever again! A horrible experience that nobody will take accountability for.

Was somewhat disappointed in the arrangement sent. It was different from the picture shown. Not the same color flowers or number of roses that was supposed to be in it. Vase was a different color also. I purposely chose the arrangement because of the noted colors and the ones delivered were very different. Wish someone would have informed me all the substitutions being made. I would have picked something else. Not very happy !

We are extremely disappointed and upset !! We sent a nice bouquet of flowers to our aunt Anne Losito to celebrate her 100th birthday. The tracking number said that the flowers were delivered yesterday. Since we didnt hear from her, we called her today and asked her if she liked the flowers. She was surprised and told us that there was nothing by her front door. She went looking for them and found them, dried and wilted after a full day in the sun with no water. This is totally unacceptable. You should send her a replacement bouquet of flowers and be sure to ring the bell. If there is no answer, please leave them by the front door, so she can see them. Please let us know. (727 644 1130)

The arrangement was terrible. Flowers on one side and leaves on the other. I was very dissappointed. Especially after paying over $90. I'll have to find someone else for my flower gifts. I had to apologize to my step-daughter.

The flowers are wonderful but I received an email announcing their delivery 4 hours before they arrived. This caused me to call customer support and worry about whether my order was actually going to arrive on time.

Even though we wrote a card to go in the flowers, a card that included our names, when we went to see our friend she said there was no card. And when she had asked the delivery person who had sent it he told her that he had no idea who had send it. So she had no idea who had sent it until the next day when we went to visit.
